Minister No. 2 is a cabinet minister who leads the reward faction in the debate over Nicholas Zaizai fate. He insists that Zaizai should be brought back and treated with the same reverence as Little Prince Rongrong, absolutely not put to death. He argues that the Nicholas family was wiped out because they fought for the Starsea Continent, and now only two bloodlines remain. He believes that rewarding Zaizai generously is essential to not chill the spirits of the warriors who sacrificed for the kingdom. His head is bowed even lower than Minister No. 1 as he pleads with the King. He and Ministers 7, 8, and 9 form the reward faction, repeatedly chanting We must not chill the spirits of the warriors, Your Majesty.
