A shopkeeper who runs a ninja tool shop in Konoha. He is known for overpricing items and using shameless sales tactics. He adopted Luke's marketing strategies to target great clan ninjas. The Uchiha clan is his biggest customer base. He initially tried to make things difficult for Luke but eventually sold him a ninja sword and 100kg leg weights for 100,000 ryo after Luke's bargaining. He considers recruiting Luke as a marketing consultant if his shop ever collapses.
