A deputy supervisor employed by Wanxiang International. He was hoarding resources in a fruit convenience store on the second floor of Kechuang Building. He barricaded himself inside after the disaster broke out. He killed other survivors who tried to share resources, using tactics like attracting zombies to wipe out groups or pretending to be friendly to slaughter individuals. He had begun to get a thrill from killing.
