A youth dressed as a medical apprentice who delivered the poisoned medicine to Cining Palace. He was actually a trained martial artist with light footsteps, sent as a probe by the mastermind. After being discovered, he fled but was killed and his body was found drowned in a palace pond. The corpse found was not him, as its owner had thin-soled feet and no martial arts skills.
