A slender knight who possesses the Super Strength skill and has a talent for carpentry. He designed and helped build the watering place and later the obstacle course and athletic equipment. Maynard is enthusiastic about construction projects and once competed in a strength contest against a bear, which he won. He gets along well with Rosaline.
