Ying Yue's uncle, brother of Master Xu (the First). He was banished to Yangzhou by Old Minister Xu for trying to exploit his father's authority as Minister of Justice to strong-arm a shop owner. Later he got into salt smuggling and his boat was seized at Donggoukou in Huai'an. He came to the capital seeking compensation from Marquis Longchang and wanted Ying Yue to introduce him to Lord Fang.
