A powerful military marquis who achieved outstanding merits in pacifying the northwest. He secretly plots rebellion, has made seven or eight dragon robes at home, embezzles military provisions, seizes farmland from common people, and uses imperial funds to train Shadow Guards. He kills soldiers who speak the truth. He is eventually exposed and fined by the Emperor.
