Shen Yu's father. He initially enjoys the comforts of his beautiful concubine when he hears of Shen Yu's transgression. He is shocked by his son's blunt declaration that the empire belongs to the Yun family, not the Ji clan. He ultimately accepts that his son cannot be dissuaded and decides to go hide in Mount Shu.
