The reigning emperor of Yun Zhao. Formerly the Crown Prince, he was protected by Su Yihan's mother who was poisoned while pregnant with Su Yihan. He shows compassion toward Su Yihan during the consort selection, offering her a seat without requiring formalities. He is described as a paper tiger with little real power compared to the Empress Dowager.
