Also called Madam Luo. She is the thief who broke into the inn at night to steal from the exiles' baskets. She was part of a family of three who had earlier claimed their things were stolen in the neighboring room as a cover. She is the wife of Luo Dachuan and mother of Luo Ni. When caught by Jiang Wan, she was brutally punished — her right hand was crippled. She pretended to be pitiful with her family's dramatic performance but was ultimately forced to leave after realizing no justice would come from reporting to Ren Bang.
