Also known as Teacher Luo, the homeroom teacher for Taotao, Yu Luan, Rao Lili, and Zhang Jiaming from first through third grade in Taotao's past life. She has gentle features, wears glasses, is somewhat short and round with short permed hair, and dresses in a dark green striped dress. She is an amazing cook, good enough to run a restaurant. She treated Taotao fairly despite her poor grades, always finding strengths to write on report cards. She also helped feed baby Taotao with her own milk when Tao Guangzhi could not afford formula. She is Rao Lili's mother.
