Male genius engineer who lives in the Demon's Den. He became obsessed with creating grotesque monster models a couple of years ago, after previously designing many famous buildings. He is pale-faced, lacks survival instinct, and repeatedly provokes Li Sang with his creations. He was moved to the state-protected housing for his own safety. Despite his eccentric behavior, he is a bona fide genius whose work is valued by the state.
