Also referred to as Ting'an, he is connected to the prefectural yamen in Jiangzhou. He is known for being picky about food but has taken a liking to Jiang Mo's cooking. He previously mentioned to Jiang Mo that he wanted Peach Blossom Haven to supply meals to the yamen kitchen.
