The leader of three thugs who extort protection fees from vendors. He is described as a greasy middle-aged man with a cigarette dangling from his lips. He demands thirty yuan from Jiang Peiyu and threatens her when she refuses. He is arrogant and sleazy, leering at her and suggesting she pay with her body. He is defeated by Lu Huaijin and Wu Junmin and later begs for mercy when crushed under Wu Junmin's foot.
