A high-ranking member of the Mozi Guild, also referred to as the Sheep Lord. He wears a full white robe and a Peking opera-style sheep face mask. His voice is filtered into a neutral mechanical tone. He gave orders to collect samples of the Octopus Doctor-Type IV pseudo-human and then neutralize everything. Leaders above level two in the Mozi Guild always appear in public wearing long robes and masks.
