Female, also known as Sister Liu, director of the Changchun Street Neighborhood Office. She is plump and petite, usually warm and friendly but showed forceful presence during the dispute. She personally vouched for Feng Yanwen's legitimacy and helped mediate the family conflict. She was well-known and recognized citywide.
