Female supporting character. Also called Sister Cuizhi. A thin, sallow woman living in Dawapo Village with her husband Sun Dalei and three young children. She was caught in an illicit affair with Dong Biao in a mountain cave. Due to the famine, her family had no food, so she began selling her body to survive and provide for her children. She is portrayed as a desperate but noble mother willing to sacrifice herself for her kids.
