Division commander and Shen Zheng's mentor. He served as Shen Zheng's company captain when Shen first enlisted and essentially watched him grow up. After Shen Zheng lost his father at a young age, Li Zhongxun treated him like a son. He insists on being the officiant at the wedding and guides Shen Zheng through the door-blocking ceremony.
