The son of the director of the Jiangcheng Garment Factory in the provincial capital. He was originally the arranged marriage partner of Xu Yaqiu. In the original timeline of Xu Yaqiu's past life, Xu Xiaoluo grew up with him and married him happily. Their company grew to become the richest in the city. Fang Xiaoluo's scheme was partly aimed at ruining Fang Xiaoluo's reputation so she could not marry into such a prominent family.
