Originally a follower of Hariti who encountered a wisp of her remnant soul. He was exiled to the deep mountains by a cultivation sect. He went to Yanjian Village and exploited the superstition to sacrifice infant girls to Hariti, continuing the tradition for a hundred years. He is now deceased but his story is central to the plot.
