A police officer and classmate of Morofushi Hiromitsu at police academy. He is a member of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team in the Security Department's Mobile Unit. He was called by Wataru Date because he was known as the person best at dealing with girls. He kept Lilia company while Date spoke with Morofushi Koumei on the phone. He initially thought Lilia might have some relationship with Hiromitsu before she explained she was seeking help from her teacher's brother.
