Park Joo-wan's mother who remarried and had another son. She deeply loved her new husband and turned a blind eye to his abuse of Joo-wan, even closing the bedroom door when she caught him assaulting Joo-wan. After Joo-wan stabbed his half-brother, she calmly called an ambulance and had Joo-wan involuntarily committed to a mental hospital without showing any emotion or tears. She is portrayed as emotionally neglectful and complicit in the abuse Joo-wan suffered.
