The boss of the Sichuan Gang and owner of the Nightingale Club. His real name is Xia Fei, and he was nicknamed 'Flying Hen' (Fei Jimu) as a child. He is a pure Sichuan Han, despite his English-sounding name. Jim is pragmatic and avoids conflict to protect his business; he does not want to fight Tiexiong because a brawl would shut down the club for months.
