A eunuch who serves as Shangjun Xiaowei and commands the Xiyuan troops. He is chief among the Eight Colonels and answers only to the Son of Heaven. He once had his uncle flogged to death by Cao Cao. After the emperor's death, he tried to enthrone Marquis Dong and revealed murderous intent. He is temporarily aligned with He Jin's faction but Cao Cao regards him as neither comrade nor commander.
