A historical figure from Mount Tai who was celebrated for his integrity. He once hung up a fish to refuse a bribe, making it a famous tale of moral uprightness. Zhang Min mistakenly thought Lu Xianyu's name might reference this story, connecting it to Qingzhou which had suffered the Yellow Turban rebellion most severely.
