A flower vendor from Xiluo Village to the west of town. His surname is Ji. He grows and sells tuberose flowers. He was willing to sell his nearly wilted flowers at a reduced price of one tael of silver rather than let them rot. After receiving payment, he became more talkative and even helped bundle the flowers with hemp rope for Pu Jiaojiao.
