The lead inspector of Z-Team at West Kowloon Regional Police Headquarters. He filed a formal complaint against Guan Yingjun and A-Team for poaching the Platinum Club case after Z-Team had spent over a month investigating it with officers working day and night, including undercover placement inside the Platinum Club. He confronted Guan Yingjun in the office, slammed his hand on a desk, and attempted to punch him before being restrained by Zhang Xingzong. He immediately composed himself upon seeing Senior Superintendent Lin Yazhi arrive.
