A member of the Qin family from the Capital Star who was sent to bring Qin Kai back. He initially did not believe Qin Kai could recover fully. He was stunned to find Qin Kai lively instead of bedridden. He has a refined palate and is amazed by the food at Zhou Jinnan's house. He fears spicy food but tries the beef jerky.
