He brought Zhou Zhifei to settle on the remote Aquamarine Star when Zhou Zhifei was young and used his savings to open a small restaurant in the central shopping mall. His voice is gentle and low, and his tone is polite but tough. He has many years of experience as a chef and can tell the quality of food by smell. After eating Zhou Jinnan's noodles, he felt his mental power relaxed, an effect usually only achievable with level 5 gourmet food.
