Xiao Ziyi's junior high classmate. They only spent a year and a half together before Xiao Ziyi skipped a grade. Though the same age, Huang Yi admired Xiao Ziyi greatly and always called him Brother Xiao. He works at the local street office and helped Xiao Ziyi find and rent an apartment.
