Also known as Yong Ge, a 32-year-old sniper native of City C. He joined the interstellar pirate gang at age fourteen after both his parents were murdered. His marksmanship was described as impeccable. He was captured alive after the assassination attempt on Ji Yuzhou and detained in an underground prison. Ji Yuzhou revealed to him that his parents were actually killed by the very pirate faction that took him in, and that they deliberately groomed him to become their sniper.
