A magical tool craftsman known as the Sage Reborn in the Kingdom of Reiz. He is a reincarnator who refused to create weapons of mass destruction for the king, was tortured and imprisoned, then escaped with Hayden's help. He sought asylum in the Kingdom of Wils. Later given the new name Haruki, he works as a state magical tool engineer and member of the Special Divine Beast Protection Unit, residing in the royal castle.
