Also known as Li Jing, he is the Heavenly King and commander who holds the Seven Treasure Exquisite Pagoda. He is Nezha's father. He went to train the newly enlisted Heavenly Soldiers near the Southern Heavenly Gate. He ordered Shen Fuxing's arrest but was knocked unconscious by Giant Spirit God's foul breath after bending down to inspect him. His state of death was identical to Giant Spirit God's.
