A fellow alumnus from the University of Pennsylvania who came from Xiangshi, China. He is the youngest son of the He family. His cousin was classmates with Xu Zhan in college and attended Xu Zhan's wedding. He accidentally revealed to Qin Sheng that Xu Zhan had been married for three years, which set off the chain of events leading to Qin Sheng's discovery of the truth.
