A six-year-old boy, the youngest son of the He Family. His frame is thin and fragile, clothes patched, shoes worn. He volunteers to go outside and greet the bride on behalf of his uncle since the eldest son is bedridden with broken legs and the second son is near death. He is polite and earnest, though he accidentally calls Su Yi'an 'Auntie' instead of 'Aunt'.
