The Little Marquis and Xia Jianxi's husband. He is the primary antagonist who schemed to ruin Xia Jianxi's reputation so that his sister Xia Yuruo could marry into the Prince's Mansion. He married Xia Jianxi only for her massive dowry to cover the Marquis's Mansion deficit. He threw Xia Jianxi into a cellar where she gave birth prematurely, then murdered her newborn baby and killed her. He also orchestrated the abduction at the ruined temple.
