A level-seven esper with a powerful wind ability capable of creating hurricane-level whirlwinds. He is the strongest person in Qinglyu City and leads a group of espers there. He initially cooperates with Sang Chu in exchange for being taken out of the city. He has brothers including Zhou Changyi, Wang Jin, Zhao Shijun, and Tang Lei.
