The boss of the base in the slums near the Redra Defense Line. He works three jobs a day to support the base and painstakingly gathers supplies like red plums. He is furious when Hei Yun destroys half the base and strips all the red plums he gathered. He admits he cannot win against Hei Yun in combat but is determined to confront him about the destruction. Veins bulge on his forehead when angry. He has subordinates who report to him.
