A fish vendor from the Daqingshan wholesale market who is notorious for exploiting customers and selling dead fish. He previously served in the military and did farm work during the resettlement period. He was detained by Han Chao for entering the military district without authorization. He is vulgar, spat on the ground multiple times, and threatened to report the military to civilian authorities. He also accused the military district of owing him payment for last year's fish deliveries.
