Qin Xiaoxiao's mother. She had been laid off for several years and now makes a living by running a small fruit stall. She came out of the kitchen to greet Qin Xiaoxiao and served a simple meal of two dishes and one soup. She noticed Qin Xiaoxiao only eating bamboo shoots and urged her to eat more meat. She was surprised when Qin Xiaoxiao took only half of her weekly allowance.
