A foreign man from Country H's Decryption Bureau. He led the arrest of Ye Jiuting, accusing her of killing a Decryption Bureau member. He has slender eyes and is described as cunning, evil, and cruel. He attempted to force Ye Jiuting to sign a confession statement. He is also one of the judges at Meiren Gong. He harbors resentment toward Chu Yuan and wants to take Ye Jiuting back.
