Also known as Luo Fangzheng, thirty-four years old. He is the emperor, father of the Crown Prince, and ruler of the Luo Imperial Family. He is described as robust, imposing, diligent, and capable. He has five surviving sons. He was furious upon hearing about An Dongzhang's plot and the collusion with Tianzhu Kingdom.
