An animal mentioned in Professor XX's story about Rain Dragon persistence. Years ago, a Rain Dragon was electrocuted by an Electric Ox and vowed in Rain Dragon Language to devour it. When rains finally returned after nearly two months without precipitation, that Rain Dragon was the first to arrive and accurately tracked down the same Electric Ox to fulfill its vow.
