A Khalkha Mongol Prince to whom the Fourth Princess Muxue is betrothed for a political marriage (Fumeng). The formal decree will be issued once Khan Father returns in triumph from his campaign. Muxue has never met him. He is associated with the Khalkha tribe which contributed to the Emperor's war against the Dzungars.
