A young boy who calls Lin Yue sister-in-law. He is innocent and does not understand how treacherous the world can be. He hides 200 wen but gives it to Lin Yue. He helps with farm work, catches crabs, and is eager to please Lin Yue. He remembers his grandfather making tofu and wants to sneak some for Da Ya as a child.
