Historical figure mentioned by Tao Nanfeng. He was a prime minister during the Northern Song Dynasty who oversaw the restoration of the imperial palace after a fire. He dug a trench to extract earth that became a canal for floating timber, then filled it with leftover bricks and stones, saving tens of thousands of taels of silver.
