A ghost who died only a few years ago and refused to return to the Underworld. He was one of the ghosts caught lingering in the Human Realm. He explained that he and other ghosts stayed because their family and friends were still in the Human Realm. He mentioned that they heard from an escaped ghost that the Underworld is cold, hungry, and poor, with many ghosts waiting years without reincarnating. He was eventually bound by the Black and White Impermanence Envoys and led away after Little Qi Wu burned incense for him.
