The emperor of Cang Tai, currently unconscious after being strangled by Xu Chen. He is paranoid and deranged, having been fogged by poison. He previously used a white silk to execute the emperor and empress of Qi Yuan and killed a crown prince under two years old. He fears his own children plotting against him and has kept them restrained in the palace. He has grown increasingly extravagant and oppressive in recent years, imposing heavy taxes and sabotaging Mu Jin's military achievements out of jealousy.
