Male, the governor/prefect of Qizhou city. He hosted the banquet which was essentially a matchmaking event. He wanted his daughter Cui Qiaoqiao to marry Qin Zhao and attempted to persuade Qin Zhao to divorce Cao Xi, but was rebuffed by Qin Zhao's firm refusal.
