Chuuya Nakahara is a Port Mafia executive and Dazai's former partner. He is hot-tempered, pragmatic, and deeply suspicious of Dazai. Upon seeing Qiye, he experiences an existential crisis due to the resemblance to Dazai. He is loyal to the Port Mafia and follows orders from Mori Ougai, eventually deciding to take Qiye back to headquarters.
